Selection process

Elektromreža Srbije considers its employees the most important resource, and therefore great attention is paid to the candidate selection process.

Our selection process involves three rounds:

First round – Testing and HR interview: In this round, candidates take psychological tests, as well as other tests depending on what the position requires. These can be professional tests, computer skills tests, as well as an English language test. After that, an interview is conducted to get to know the candidates better, their work experience, motivation and competences they possess.

Second round - Interview with the expert team: Candidates who successfully pass the first round of selection in the second round have the opportunity to talk with our colleagues from the organizational parts where the position is advertised. The aim of the interview is for the candidates to become better acquainted with the technical aspects of the workplace, as well as to present their professional knowledge. Third round – Final interview: Shortlisted candidates have an interview with the management, after which a decision is made which candidate is selected.

Candidates who apply for jobs with increased risk, such as the positions of dispatchers, operators, fitters or relay protection engineers, also undergo a medical examination at the end of the selection process.
